I designed and built the Mosaic planner. I researched, strategized, and designed the content and methodology. I sell it on online marketplaces including Etsy.
the problem
As I explored methods to manage my life as an adult with ADHD, I realized that many traditional productivity platforms—meant to reduce stress—often do the opposite. Their fragmented tools, steep learning curves, and one-size-fits-all approaches leave users juggling multiple systems instead of focusing on what matters. These platforms overlook practical ways to integrate key areas like health, relationships, and finances, creating more stress as users struggle to fit their lives into rigid frameworks and someone else’s idea of productivity.

When I received an ADHD diagnosis as an adult, I started to see so many of my patterns and tendencies in full focus. Equipped with this knowledge, I was determined to design a life that worked with my unique mind instead of against it. As I explored methods to better manage my life, I found that this information was scattered across hundreds of books and the entirety of the internet. They also often didn’t offer tactical guidance or support to help you implement these changes in your life.
To help bridge this gap for myself and others, I created a daily planner designed for the neurodivergent individual. It includes a library of worksheets and templates to help you bring efficiency and ease to every area of life.

Design Principles
Take the “teach a man to fish” approach whenever possible
Planning and executing are a learnable skillset that you can learn or refine with the Mosaic Planner, but can take with you to any notebook, agenda, or napkin you have on hand.
Allow for flexibility and adaptability to unique ways of working and changing needs over time
There is no wrong way to use this planner. The goal is just to find what works best for you in this season of your life. Let your process evolve and change as you do.
